Were you 31 years of age or younger as of June 15, 2012?
Did you come to the US before you turned 16?
Have you lived continuously in the US since June 15, 2007?
Were you physically present in the US on June 15, 2012 and at the time of making your request for consideration of deferred action with USCIS?
Had no lawful status on June 15, 2012 – meaning that you 1) never had a lawful immigration status on or before June 15, 2012 or 2) any lawful immigration status or parole that you obtained prior to June 15, 2012, had expired as of June 15, 2012?
Are currently in school, graduated, obtained a certificate of completion from high school or a GED certificate or honorably discharged veteran of the Coast Guard or Armed Forces of US?
Have not been convicted of a felony, significant misdemeanor?
